SORRISO is a new coffee shop based in Porto.
Inspired by the picturesque and beautiful mosaic tiles called “Azulejos”
enhancing almost every street and every corner in Portugal,
the visual identity for this brand aims to link this port city’s spirit and culture
to the elegance and indolence of Sorriso.
The soft and dominant deep blue reminds the original mosaic tiles (basically blue and white) as the yellow and coral tons recall the sun, sea, and harbor.
Different style of patterns have been designed in a modern way to create a unique, valued identity.

SORRISO は、ポルトにある新しいコーヒーショップです。
ポルトガルの通りの隅々に飾られた「アズレージョ」と呼ばれる美しいモザイクタイルにインスピレーションを受け、ポルトガルの伝統的な要素を活かし、ビジュアルアイデンティティはこの港町の精神と文化をソリーゾのエレガンスとその無頓着さに結びつけることを目指しています。
柔らかく支配的なディープブルーは、元のモザイクタイルを思い起こさせ、黄色とコーラルトーンは太陽、海、港を連想させます。
異なるスタイルのパターンは、モダンな手法でデザインされ、ユニークで価値のあるアイデンティティを生み出すようになっています。
